About the Position & Work Model

We are seeking a Full Stack Mobile Application Developer in Bhopal to lead the architecture and deployment of mobile applications. Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Ambitious Freshers with solid project portfolio are also eligible). Work Model: Hybrid with a mandatory first 3 months Work From Office in Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain production-ready Flutter mobile applications with top-tier performance on Android & iOS.
Work on-site from our Bhopal office for the first 3 months to align on core architecture, release cadences, and lead junior team members.
Design and scale resilient backend microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Manage end-to-end App Store and Google Play Store publishing, compliance, and code-signing pipelines.
Implement automated CI/CD mobile pipelines using Fastlane, GitHub Actions, and Firebase App Distribution.
Optimize memory management, frame rates, cold startup times, and network bandwidth utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements

6 Months to 2 Years of experience (Freshers with strong Flutter/Dart project portfolios are eligible to apply).
Commitment to work from our Bhopal office for the first 3 months (Mandatory Onboarding Period), followed by hybrid work schedule.
Strong backend development mastery in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
Deep expertise in state management (Bloc, Riverpod) and reactive architecture patterns.
Experience with real-time communications (WebSockets, Socket.io) and background task processing.
Solid grasp of automated testing (Flutter Driver, integration tests, Jest).
