About the Position & Work Model
Join our web engineering team in Bhopal as a MERN + Next.js Developer Intern. Freshers with 0 to 6 months experience in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and MongoDB are eligible. Work Model: Hybrid with a mandatory first 3 months Work From Office in Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
- Build modern web applications using Next.js 15 (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions) and React.js.
- Participate in daily in-office agile standups in Bhopal, pair programming, and architectural reviews during the first 3 months.
- Develop backend REST APIs and database models using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB Mongoose.
- Craft responsive, dark-mode-ready, accessible user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion.
- Integrate authentication (NextAuth, JWT, OAuth) and cloud storage services.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page rendering performance, and server-side SEO.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Freshers or 0 - 6 months experience with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Must be available for mandatory full-time Work From Office in Bhopal for the first 3 months, transitioning to hybrid work thereafter.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for modern responsive styling.
- Understanding of REST API design, HTTP methods, and database CRUD operations.
