About the Position & Work Model
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Software Test Engineer Intern in Bhopal. Freshers with 0 to 6 months experience in Manual/Automation testing are eligible. Work Model: Hybrid with a mandatory first 3 months Work From Office in Bhopal, MP.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed, effective test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product specifications.
- Participate in daily in-office sprint triage and test execution in Bhopal for the first 3 months.
- Execute manual functional, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing across modern browsers and physical mobile devices.
- Perform comprehensive REST API testing using Postman, verifying status codes, payload validations, and edge cases.
- Document and track software defects with clear reproduction steps using JIRA and issue trackers.
- Learn and build initial test automation scripts using Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Freshers or 0 - 6 months experience in QA / Software Testing.
- Mandatory requirement to work from our Bhopal office for the first 3 months for hands-on QA training.
- Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Ability to analyze requirements and craft structured test cases covering positive, negative, and edge test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with Postman for REST API verification.
