About the Position & Work Model
We are seeking a Software Test & QA Automation Engineer in Bhopal to lead test automation frameworks. Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Freshers with test automation projects/courses are also eligible). Work Model: Hybrid with a mandatory first 3 months Work From Office in Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Work on-site in Bhopal for the first 3 months to standardize QA gating criteria and lead automation sprints.
- Build automated API test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for continuous regression testing.
- Perform load, stress, and performance testing using k6 or JMeter, identifying database bottlenecks and latency spikes.
- Drive QA strategy, test coverage metrics, and release gating criteria across multi-functional development squads.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize test-driven development (TDD) best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 6 Months to 2 Years experience in QA Automation (Freshers with hands-on automation projects are eligible).
- Commitment to work from our Bhopal office for the first 3 months (Mandatory), transitioning to hybrid work thereafter.
- Familiarity with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver).
- Strong background in API automation, contract testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Experience or training in load testing with tools like k6, JMeter, or Postman.
